  • commit to show up to every session (except when you're sick, injured or due to work)
  • be open and honest to us and yourself (your results depend on what you do in and outside the gym)
  • communicate with us (immediate and constant feedback helps us to help you)
  • team work (inspire your fellow CrossBootcampers and let them inspire you)
  • follow the nutrition guide and use the resources (be strict with yourself and go all-in)

We will only invest our time and energy in people who really want it.

We will not chase after participants who don't show up regularly due to laziness. We reserve the right to refuse access to participants who do not show up more than 4x without notifying us, without any entitlement for reimbursement of the participation fee. We want to take care of your body but we can't do it without you.
